1) Scope of application
This page sets out the return and refund conditions applicable to purchases made through PlcWiz. PlcWiz is owned and operated by Northshore Commerce OÜ, Pärnu mnt. 139b - 14, Tallinn, 11317, Estonia.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sales made by PlcWiz are intended for business customers. As a result, the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers in the case of a simple change of mind does not apply.
2) Returns not accepted without authorisation
No return may be made without prior written authorisation from PlcWiz.
Any return request must be sent in advance to our customer service team and must include at least:
- order number or invoice reference;
- product code;
- quantity concerned;
- reason for the return request;
- photographs of the product and packaging, where relevant.
3) Returns for change of mind or customer ordering error
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PlcWiz is under no obligation to accept returns requested بسبب a change of mind, purchasing error, incorrect order placement by the Customer, goods no longer required, or incompatibility not reported before purchase.
If PlcWiz, at its sole discretion, exceptionally authorises such a return, the goods must be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. In such cases, PlcWiz reserves the right to apply a restocking fee and to deduct any shipping, handling, inspection or other costs incurred.
4) Incorrect, damaged or defective goods
The Customer must inspect the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If the Customer receives incorrect goods, goods damaged in transit, or apparently defective goods, the Customer must notify PlcWiz without delay, providing a detailed description of the issue and, where possible, photographic evidence.
In the case of defects or faults that are not immediately apparent at the time of delivery, the Customer must notify PlcWiz within the time limits provided by the applicable law and, in any event, as soon as they are discovered.
5) Conditions for authorised returns
Once a return has been authorised, the Customer must follow the instructions provided by PlcWiz.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- products must be returned complete with any accessories, documentation and original packaging;
- products must be properly packed in order to avoid damage during transport;
- the return must include any reference details communicated by PlcWiz for identification of the case.
PlcWiz reserves the right to refuse returns of products that are damaged due to causes attributable to the Customer, incomplete, altered, improperly used, or returned without authorisation.
6) Return shipping costs
If the return is due to an error attributable to PlcWiz or to goods recognised as defective or non-conforming, PlcWiz will inform the Customer of the return procedure and whether the related costs will be covered.
In all other cases, the costs of return shipping, transport, insurance, customs duties, import taxes and any other charges connected with the return shall remain the responsibility of the Customer.
7) Inspection and approval
All authorised returns will be inspected by PlcWiz after receipt of the goods.
Any approval of a refund, replacement or credit note shall be subject to the successful outcome of the inspection and confirmation that the return falls within the authorised conditions.
8) Refunds
If PlcWiz approves a refund, it will be made, where possible, using the same payment method originally used by the Customer, or by another method agreed between the parties.
The refund may be full or partial, depending on the nature of the issue identified, the condition of the returned goods and any applicable costs.
As an alternative to a refund, PlcWiz may, at its discretion, offer a replacement product, a repair, or issue a credit note.
9) Products excluded from return
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PlcWiz reserves the right not to accept the return of specially ordered products, non-standard items, customised articles, discontinued products, electrical/electronic products that have already been installed or tested in a way that goes beyond normal initial inspection, and any item that cannot be resold as new.
10) Contact
For any request relating to returns and refunds, the Customer is invited to contact PlcWiz, indicating the order number, product code and reason for the request, in order to allow faster handling of the case.
